[IPAC-List] Where was the MAPAC meeting 2008?

Thank you all.  A kind soul sent me two MAPAC 2008 meeting programs, one
for a Spring meeting and one for a Fall meeting. One of the programs is for
a New York City conference and contains the paper I am citing.  Thus, I
have what I need.
