[IPAC-List] Strategic workforce planning

Hi everyone,

We are getting ready to undertake a workforce planning project for the City of Milwaukee.

Has anyone done strategic workforce planning within their organization?  If so, would you be willing to share your model, have a conversation and/or share a sample of your end results (e.g. reports, outcomes, etc.)?

Did you use a vendor to provide training to your staff?  Who was the vendor and would you recommend them?  Or do you know of other vendors that provide this training to organizations?
