Hello everyone.

Some years ago I attended an IPMAAC meeting.  I believe it was held 
in Washington, D.C.  At this meeting two lawyers from the Civil 
Rights Division stood up and talked about their involvement in the 
CPAT test which is widely used for firefighters.

Does anyone have a copy of that program in pdf?  I searched the IPAC 
website and could not locate the talk.  I 95% certain this was listed 
on the conference program but it is not mentioned in the conference 
details for any DC conference.

Back then, recordings were made of these presentations.  Does anyone 
have a copy of a recording of this talk.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with any information about 
this presentation.
