[IPAC-List] OFCCP Issued a Sex Discrimination Rule

I thank Joel for providing the link new sex discrimination guidelines link.

I note the OFCCP fact sheet acknowledged its "outdated guidelines" and thus
the need for new guidelines.

It would be nice to see EEOC acknowledge that the 1978 Uniform Guidelines
are outdated guidelines due to their lack of consistency with scientific
knowledge.  I am not holding my breath though.
