[IPAC-List] Remote structured interviews?

Hi everyone,
I'm sure we're not the only agency discussing this at the moment, but the question has come up about alternatives to face-to-face interviews.  Does anyone know of a platform or method that you've used successfully for remote structured interviews that you like for ease of use and test security concerns?
