[IPAC-List] Question about the New Jersey Municipal Police Sergeant Exam

Hello,

Does anyone have any idea if the type of exam that New Jersey is using 
for promotion to Sergeant allows the various munis in NJ to promote a 
diverse group of Sergeants?

Or, is there any place on the web that might provide that type of 
information.
