[Kreweoftruth] Former Sen. Jim Cox and DNC

Dear KOT reader: Former Senator Jim Cox, is seeking the post of DNC Committeeperson and naturally, I think he is the right person for the job.  He and I have been involved in Democratic politics for our entire 50 years of marriage and we are committed to helping rebuild New Orleans (I am a native New Orleanian and he was at Tulane and I was at Loyola when we married).  He has been very faithful about fighting for women's issues and core Democratic principles.  It is very important for all of us to have a true Democrat working with the Party leadership to move Louisiana forward.  Thanks for considering him!
