Lemonade Day is a free, community wide program thatfosters entrepreneurship and character development among South Louisiana'syouth by supporting them in establishing and operating their own lemonadebusinesses. Young entrepreneurs are provided with free, detailed supportmaterials, such as an Entrepreneur Workbook, Marketing Tips and the CaringAdult Guide, to help them establish their lemonade stand. These “lemonaders”are advised to spend a little, save a little and share a little, donating aportion of their profits to a local charity of choice.  There is noregistration fee for youngsters to participate.  Lemonade Day is May 7,2011 and will take place in a Orleans, St. Bernard, Jefferson, St. Tammany andEast Baton Rouge Parishes.
