Try exporting your data as Entourage archive (.rge) file under File >
Export. If it fails then you have database corruption that was not cleared
up with the rebuild.

Select each item and export only one item at a time as .rge file. Most
likely all items but messages will export as .rge.

Next try exporting your messages as MBOX files using this script. It will
fail on the folder with corruption. Divide the folder and drag to desktop.
Keep splitting the folder until you find the corruption.

Export folders as MBOX files (includes subfolders)

Once you get all your data out, you can create a new Identity and import
your data. Your new Identity should be stable.

Depending on the size and complexity of your corruption this can be quite
time consuming.
