[Hackrf-dev] Testing a new HackRF One

Try running zadig with hackrf plugged in.
>From the Options menu, select List All Devices.
Select HackRF One from the drop-down menu.
Verify that the WinUSB driver is loaded on the left. If it isn't,
install it again now.
If all else fails, load up Pentoo.
