[Hackrf-dev] Testing a new HackRF One

Thanks to everyone for the help.  My antenna is bad.  With a paperclip I
can get some stuff in the FM radio band (super low snr but definitely
voice).

The outdated tutorials that had me shuffling dlls around really caused me
grief.  It was fairly obvious that SDRSharp had newer versions of the dlls
so I was doubting the tutorials.  Still, it's nice to hear others say to
bail on them.

Also, I thought the LNA VGA gains couldn't be set.  The UI had them
disabled.  Click start and you can adjust them.  Strange.

I'll to a dissection of antenna and see what might be going on.
