[Hackrf-dev] HackRF installed under WIn7 but "busy"for SDR#.

Click on the stop in SDR#, press the reset button on the hackrf (wait 3
seconds for windows to see the device again) and press play in SDR#. It
worked for me the one and only time I had that error.
