[Hackrf-dev] HackRF installed under WIn7 but "busy"for SDR#.

I had a similar issue that I believe was due to some incompatible USB
libraries in System32 / SysWOW64. Deleting/renaming them (libusb0.dll,
libusbK.dll, and libusb-1.0.dll) and reinstalling the Zadig drivers solved
the problem.
