[Hackrf-dev] Com/Serial Port Access to HackRF

Thank you for the suggestions. How do I use the libhackrf file? Were does it reside (how do I get it)? Is it GNU compatible only? Can I the libhackrf file with Windows using SDR# (which to my knowledge is the only Windows software compatible with HackRF).
