Excellent - thank you - I'm going to look into this.  Does this verison include all of the blocks that are found in the linux version?  One last question, since you obviously know something about this.....  Is there a way to compile the blocks and python file to create a stand alone windows program?  That would be awesome and could be shared to others who are not capable of doing some of this themselves.

Here are some pre-built binaries I made back in late August/early September. They should work with Ettus's binary release of GNU Radio (http://files.ettus.com/binaries/gnuradio/gnuradio_v3.7.2.2/gnuradio_3.7.2.2_Win32.exe), or you can build GNU Radio with MinGW: http://gnuradio.org/redmine/projects/gnuradio/wiki/MingwInstallMain

The hackrf tools build includes a hack to make the CPLD update work under Windows, but should otherwise be identical to the standard 2014.08 version.
To get the HackRF to work under GNU Radio on Windows, simply extract gr-osmosdr.zip into your GNU Radio installation directory and copy hackrf.dll and libusb-1.0.dll from hackrf-tools to your GNU Radio binary directory.

What's missing in Windows??  A key component, actually.  There is nothing for transmitting in Windows.  SDR# is a great tool for receiving, though.  I agree with you on that one.  I do agree that the antenna is most likely his problem with images though.  What kind of command line tools to do you have for gnuradio?

What's missing on Windows? I use my HackRF with Windows, and aside from SDR#, I can also use it with GNU Radio. I also have the command line tools built if you'd like them.
