[Hackrf-dev] Hack RF Hardware Enhancement

It should have most of the blocks that are available under Linux. I think
there are some extras (like those in gr-baz) that aren't included in
Ettus's binary release. As an example of what's supported, I have been able
to successfully transmit ATSC video using my HackRF under Windows with GNU
Radio.

You might be able to use py2exe to create standalone applications, but I
haven't tried this myself.

Unfortunately I don't have any documentation on how I built this (it
involved some amount of trial and error), but I will need to set up my
build environment again soon (the machine I built this on got wiped), so
I'll try to document what I do.

In general, I used Visual Studio with CMake for Windows to build gr-osmosdr
and hackrf-tools.
