You do realise that the Pi 2 will run Debian version 8 with no problem: you don't need
to use Raspbian if you don't wish to?
One of the Linaro developers has posted a Debian installer which installs Debian with no
problems.
My Pi 2 is out on loan to someone or I'd give you more details. planet.debian.org from a couple
of weeks ago ...
