As for amplifier I do have it.
As for needing 2 hackRFs for FM repeater. Could you please explain bit more or even better send me some sketch that explains it, because I did not understand?

[Image removed by sender.]You would need to use 2 hackRFs for FM repeater becauee HackRF in only half-duplex (can't transmitt and recieve at the same time) and you would also need an amplifier because hackRF has only 32mW of output power
