[IPAC-List] New haven Reverse Discrimination Case

If anyone knows the details of the New Haven Firefighters reverse discrimination case, I would be very interested in that info.  I'd be particularly interested in details regarding the defensibility of the test from a psychometric perspective.  Obviously, given the SotoMayor nomination, this is going to be of considerable interest to many in the IPAC audience.
