Evidently my IPAC list was not operating correctly, because I had not received an email via IPAC since April...how do I say, operator malfunction? ;) I figured out my malfunction.

It has been wonderful to soak up the plethora of wisdom available through IPAC, and I thank all of you for your many contributions. I am leaving the Personnel Assessment Division of Oklahoma to attend law school in Virginia. Best wishes to all of you, and thank you again for your wisdom and keen input.

Sincerely,

Subject: [IPAC-List] Ricci vs DeStefano

Good morning,

I actually just wanted to make sure everyone was still alive, and that my IPAC list is still operating correctly. :)

I am wondering if any work-flow or standard operations regarding adverse impact have changed, or been placed on hold, awaiting the Ricci decision? Has anyone experienced or implemented changes? Or is anyone planning ahead to do so, depending on case results? Just curious...
