We've not used a structured resume but for Police Sergeant we normally
award up to 5% of your final score based on education points.

[IPAC-List] Use of Structured Resume in Police Promotion
Hello -
Has anyone used a Structured Resume (scored on different categories -
work history, education, military experience, and special awards) in a
Police Promotional Process? Has awarding points for military experience
posed any issues?
Thank you for all your feedback in advance.
