[IPAC-List] Testing for Raw Cognitive Ability

A recent report from the National Research Council of the National 
Academy of Sciences recommends more emphasis on "raw cognitive ability," 
as opposed to formal education and substantive expertise, in the 
selection of Analysts who work in federal intelligence agencies.  The 
report also recommends greater use of I/O psychologists in the 
recruitment, selection, training, and retention of intelligence agency 
staff.  All employers could use this advice!
