[IPAC-List] Manager of Public Affairs Job Description

Does anyone have a job description for their chief information officer they can share with me?  We are starting the selection process for this position and are interested in knowing how others structure this job.  This employee plans, organizes, manages and reviews public information procedures and programs for our agency; he/she directs the development of media relations and represents our organization in meetings with the press, outside agencies, groups and individuals.
