Hi Nathan,

You might also evaluate the likely adverse impact of a HS requirement as
compared to other ways to assess the same KSAPs using other selection
procedures.

Note that if you have two selection procedures, each with adverse
impact, it is likely that a combination of the two will have greater
adverse impact than either one alone.

For example, if you are using a cognitive ability test (CAT) and add a
HS requirement, it is likely that the combination will have more adverse
impact than either the CAT or the HS requirement alone.
