Hi Joel,
Paul Muchinsky has an excellent chapter on the history of I/O psychology in
his book, "Psychology Applied to Work".
For a more general history of testing, see Robert Gregory's "Psychological
Testing: History, Principles, and Applications."
Regards,
Saul.

Subject: [IPAC-List] Seeking History of Employee Selection Testing

Can anyone point me to a historical review of employee selection
testing, perhaps beginning at the turn of the 20th century?

Thanks.

Joel
