[IPAC-List] Psychological exams for security classes

Ann,

Not sure if I understand your question totally, but for "psychological
testing" we have traditionally used the MMPI. We contract with clinical or
counseling psychologists who specialize in its administration with safety
forces. I have training in the MMPI, but we prefer to outsource the MMPI
administration and interpretation.

The test is given after a conditional offer of hire. Usually, we negotiate
a fixed price with the administrator.
