Hi Joel,
 
I think the data will be used mostly to get a feel for how people might
do in upcoming processes based on the results obtained on the test to
the present date.  This data would  be expected  to be most useful when
the test takers in a given sample are similar to those in the
population.  If they differ, the results will too.
