[IPAC-List] Brookings paper of interest

Interesting paper posted recently on the Brookings Institution site,
regarding trends in hiring times, and hiring practices, with lots of
links to related interesting reports, and a focus on "STEM" jobs.  Any
article that starts: "Hiring difficulty is increasing in the United
States. " has got my attention.
