[IPAC-List] applicants misrepresenting their experience

It can help with accuracy if you ask the questions with three parts:
1) do you have x experience
2) how much of x experience do you have
3) describe your x experience including these specified parameters
 
You'll find people will exaggerate if you let them, but when pinned down will tell the truth.  You still get the efficiency of only having to read the answers for those who say 'yes' and then only having to read the question answer for those, not scan an entire resume and guess.
