[IPAC-List] Tests for Case Manager - Social Worker

Hi Dennis,

If the candidates have finished a 4 year SW program, perhaps have an MSW 
and a license, perhaps even years of job experience, I suggest you stay 
away from M/C tests that tend to have severe ad impact, even if other 
use such tests for such a job title.
