Subject: [IPAC-List] panel discussion for IPAC conference?
IPACers,
Is anyone interested in putting together a panel discussion on Merit system reform and how assessment has been impacted? I know the states of Tennessee and Ohio went through reform that changed their assessment landscape in the last few years. In Oklahoma, merit reform failed two years in a row, but assessment and testing changed drastically as a result of the initiative. Are there other states or municipalities with similar stories? Would there be any value in sharing these experiences in a panel at the IPAC conference?
