[IPAC-List] What type of exams can be uesd for labor service?

Typically labor service jobs are not filled based on an exam.

Has anyone had experience using exams for labor service jobs?  If so, 
what type?

These possibilities come to mind:
a. Following instructions
b. Observation
c. Memory
d. Conscientiousness
e. Basic reading

Does anyone use these or other tests for labor service jobs?
