[IPAC-List] Person-level data set for the O*NET ability profiler

I seek a person-level data set for the O*NET ability profiler (
https://www.onetcenter.org/AP.html). My understanding is that it is a
publicly released version of the GATB (General Aptitude Test Battery).

It maybe in use by state employment services to provide information for
occupational counseling.
