[IPAC-List] Selection Process for Pilots

Hello everyone
Are there any agencies that select and hire for pilots? Could be for
airplanes or helicopters.

If so, does your selection process include having candidates actually fly
the plane or helicopter?

If so, any details on what your process is like would be greatly
appreciated, such as but not limited to ...
What are they evaluated on?
Any risk or liability considerations?
Any legal or regulatory considerations?
