[IPAC-List] Ted Darany

[Gene Carmean]

I am sorry to report that Ted Darany passed away yesterday in 
Redlands, California.  Ted was hospitalized on Monday and was taken 
off life support on Tuesday and died later that afternoon.  I know 
Ted had many friends on this list and will be missed by the IPAC community.

Ted was my supervisor for my eight years with the San Bernardino 
County Personnel Division.  I know he trained and inspired all of us 
who worked there, as well as those in the Southern California HR 
community, to strive for professional excellence.

I have no information as to a memorial service.  If I learn anything 
new, I will pass it along here.
