[IPAC-List] artificial intelligence tests for selection?

Joel,

The article indicates that the vendors are Pymetrics and HireVue.  Pymetrics is into neuroscience games (samples on the website, I think).  HireVue does micro-behaviors during interviews.

The chief I-Os are Kelly Trindel (used to work for EEOC) and Nathan Mondragon, respectively.  I don't know who's at Unilever.
