Do you ever reveal your operational BARS to candidates or SMEs, either 
before or after an examination?

If you have revealed your BARS:
   (a) what have been the candidates' or SMEs' reactions to the BARS, and
   (b) do you think it has had a positive or negative effect on future 
exams?
