[IPAC-List] Charging Candidates for Remote Proctored Online Testing

We are researching Remote Proctored Online Testing and the possibility of charging candidates to take the test.  Does anyone have experience requiring candidates to pay to test?  How was it received by the candidates and your organization?  Thank you.
