   I am pleased to announce the publication of the first annual special 
edition of Human Performance on Psychometric Development and Evaluation 
of Measures in the Organizational Sciences. The table of contents is 
included below. Winfred Arthur, Jr. served as the editor for the special 
issue. Attached is his introduction to the issue. Our intention is to 
make this an annual edition of the journal. So also attached is the call 
for papers for the 2nd special issue.
