[IPAC-List] Rep. Jamaal Bowman calls standardized testing ‘a pillar of systemic racism’

Viewed from the perspective that any correlate of race for which group differences could be attributed to historical inequalities, any test score reflecting such differences is both an indicator of and contributor to systemic racism. Which of course includes educational attainment / degree completion. Easier to get rid of standardized tests, though.
