Seeking a person who can testify that generally, for police promotional
exams, oral (or simulation) components have less adverse impact than a
written (e.g., M/C on written sources) component.
Ideal qualifications:
1. Person had experience with police promotional exams around the year
2000 (e.g., from 1990-2010)
2. Person had responsibility for exams statewide (i.e., exams for
multiple PDs)
3. Person is or was employed by a government (i.e., NOT a consultant)
If you may be interested, please let me know. Feel free to forward this
email to qualified colleagues who might be interested.
Thank you.

P.S. There is no pressing time frame for this work.
