[IPAC-List] Development of Training and Experience Evaluations

IPACers:

To help round out our Personnel Analyst I training program, I'm currently seeking literature--to include journal articles, excerpts from textbooks and/or IPAC/IPMAAC presentations--on the topic of how to develop valid training and experience evaluations. I prefer materials that discuss the development of T&Es which include instruments/methods that discourage/reduce inflation bias of self-assessments.

I've found much literature on the validity, when and how to use, how to score, and on the inflation bias related to such measures but less on how to develop T&Es.
