[IPAC-List] Automated interview systems

Does anyone have experience with or can you recommend any technologies that somewhat or fully automate the interview process?  I'm interested in individual assessment products as well as "suite" approaches (e.g., a talent management system).  Looking for something with high user (hiring supervisor) adoption.
