[IPAC-List] Black/White Differences in the number of interview questions asked

Can anyone point me in the direction of literature that indicates
minority group candidates are likely to be asked more interview
questions than Whites?



Also, I recall an either North Carolina or South Carolina "Department of
Transportation" court case where it was determined that Black candidates
were asked more questions than White candidates. Does anyone know which
court case that was?
