Bryan, I have only quickly skimmed through the new regs for what I had originally dubbed the AAADA...All Americans have A Disability Act...but I am supposed to attend a Webinar on this, so I will let you know if anything comes up. You might be able to attend yourself. Its presented by Seyfarth Shaw and is entitled New ADA Regulations Just Issued: EEOC Rules Mean Virtually Everyone is Disabled. It should be around 10:00 AM, your time.

cheers,
Mitch

Has anybody that's read the new ADAAA regs found anything that changes the scene when it comes to testing? Esp. section 1630.10(a)? http://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2011/03/25/2011-6056/regulations-to-implement-the-equal-employment-provisions-of-the-americans-with-disabilities-act-as#h-112
