[IPAC-List] Teamwork ability

Our Law Department is interested in assessing applicants' ability to work 
as a team (for a staff attorney position).  Any ideas on exercises or 
assessments for this ability (besides interview questions and reference 
checks)?  I recall seeing a self-directed work group exercise once where 
this came into play, but it probably also assessed leadership ability, 
which isn't really the focus here.  Thanks.
