[IPAC-List] Changes to/Future of IPAC-List

Thanks to all of you for the comments, both on the list and privately.
Although this is clearly a non-random sample, it's obvious that there's
plenty of support for continuing this list.

I do want to clarify that we will continue to have an archive of list
messages (at http://nine.pairlist.net/pipermail/ipac-list/); what we no
longer have is a search engine specifically for it.
