[IPAC-List] Suitability Testing for EMS

Does anyone currently utilize or know of a good suitability test for the positions of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic? I am of the opinion that the nature of these jobs, like Police Officers, Firefighters, nurses (and many others) require a certain type of person to be successful in the job in the long-term.
