[IPAC-List] Confirming ID of Skype Job Interviewees

Our organization on occasion conducts job interviews via Skype or similar.  There is the chance that the candidate who interviews may not be the person who applied - with a little bit of effort, a person might have someone 'stand in' for them.  I'm interested in what methods are being used to verify the identity of candidates who are being interviewed once they are live onscreen?  Thanks in advance!
