[IPAC-List] poll on employee performance ratings

When possible, include a monthly self rating by each employee, with some 
narrative detail about major accomplishments, challenges, and 
opportunities to do better.  This data will help supervisors in 
evaluating subordinates andalert supervisors to performance matters that 
need immediate attention.
